Looks like another year is coming to an end, without me having a lot of time to write or reflect. As much as I was hoping to have a big chunk of things done in 2023, the reality of day to day and month to month running a house can be a drag.

I miss what blogs were, and part of what I was hoping to do here, was to slowly get back to that, and away from Instagram / Facebook, and other problematic for-profit sites.

My main thing in writing recently (or well, the past 10 years) is to decide who the audience is, and how to be of interest to them, or if I have things interesting to say to them. Here is to 2024, and trying to re-find my public voice in it.
